Due to our Busy Schedule, Consultations must be Scheduled in Advance, whether by Phone, Zoom, or In-Person. This ensures our ability to prioritize You and give your Wedding the Attention it Requires.
What to Expect
After our Detailed Consultation, You have decided to Book your Bridal Party. The Next Step, Secures Your Date with a Signed Contract and Paid Deposit. You will receive a series of emails to help guide you along the Gypsy Path.
Your first email will confirm all of your information, along with the best ways to reach us with any Questions or Concerns. We do our best to contact everyone within 48 hours.
Around three months before your Wedding, we will email you everything you need to Book your Hair and Makeup Trials.
At your trial, we will confirm the address and start time. With your help, we will begin planning your wedding day schedule. We Optimize the bride into a VIP time slot, guaranteeing the day runs smoothly, and you arrive on time. We will Practice your bridal day look, giving us a chance to see which products and tools are needed to customize your experience.
We will follow up your Hair and Makeup trial with an email of tips and tricks, as well as confirming your wedding day schedule. You are encouraged to share this with your bridesmaids to make certain your day runs without complications.
The week of your wedding we will send a confirmation text. Allowing us all to sleep better.
Your Wedding Day
Its finally here and we are so prepared!
The Gypsies will arrive 15 minutes prior to our scheduled start time to set up our fully stocked and sanitized kits.
We know that your bridal party has lots of responsibilities. We don’t want to occupy more than two bridesmaids at a time. Therefore, we will take two bridesmaids per hour, rotating between Hair and Makeup.
We encourage bridesmaids to come with 2-3 inspiration photos to properly convey what they are hoping for.
We always schedule a buffer hour to finish up lips, as well as any touch-ups. It is important to have this hour to get everyone down the aisle on time.
All of our brides receive a complementary Hair and Makeup Touch-Up Kit, containing our favorite products such as Hairspray, Lipstick, Powder, Bobby Pins, and More!
